What is AEEG 421 remote monitoring?

The facilities subject to the resolution are those powered by wind or photovoltaic solar sources with a power equal to or greater than 100 kW, connected or to be connected to medium-voltage networks for which a connection request was submitted before January 1, 2013. Such facilities were required to comply with the provisions of Paragraph and Annex M of the CEI 0-16 Standard Edition III by January 31, 2016, or by the subsequent commissioning date, if later. The CEI 0-16 standard in paragraph 8.8.6 (network services) indeed provides that to ensure safety in all operating conditions of the Medium (and High) voltage network, Active Users with generators connected to the MV network are required to provide the network services specified in Table 7 and in particular, for wind and static generator plants, they must participate in the defense plans indicated in paragraph

The EASY FV device, WALL model or DIN model, meets the requirements of the resolution of the Authority for Electricity, Gas, and Water Systems, aimed at ensuring the safety of the national electrical system. The resolution requires the mandatory installation of a remote disconnection telecontrol system, managed by the network owner for production plants (photovoltaic/wind/cogeneration) with a power equal to or greater than 100 kW. EASY FV can be directly connected to the SPI interface and, through remote commands provided and compliant with the directive, can intervene in disconnection and remote diagnosis.

TESTING SERVICE 421/2014/R/ell

Hiteks offers a connectivity test to confirm that the Easy FV setup and the wiring towards the SPI and DDI are correct. Once the online order is placed and the plant data is provided by filling out this form, one of our technical representatives will contact you to arrange the date and time of the test. Please note: the date and time of the test will be agreed upon with the customer once the test purchase is made.

  • During the test, the presence of a qualified technician in the plant is required.
  • The technician must have their own SIM card (Wind, Vodafone, TIM) in addition to the one provided by the distributor, as this may be a closed user group SIM.
  • This SIM card must have the PIN request disabled and sufficient credit to be able to send at least 20 SMS messages.

Service cost: 89€ + VAT for 1 system

**The service provided will perform up to a maximum of 3 connection tests per single device and up to a maximum of 30 minutes of assistance per single system; in the objectively impossible event of a positive outcome due to external problems not attributable to the modem such as: incorrect modem configuration, incorrect wiring, etc., the cost cannot be refunded and the test/assistance package will need to be repurchased.
